DACC holds ownership and jurisdiction over an expansive 160 sq km territory, encompassing Dubai International Airport, and Dubai South with its five distinct districts: Logistics, Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub, Residential, Golf, and Commercial, as well as the Al Maktoum International Airport. This extensive area, falls under the purview of DACC, allowing for comprehensive oversight and management of key aviation and developmental assets within the region.
